Welcome to our site on German Open-Ended Real Estate Funds These funds are being offered both to the general public (“Publikumsfonds”) and to institutional investors (“Spezialfonds”). You may also know these funds as Open-Ended Institutional Property Funds (OIPF). BVIs members manage some 120 bn Euro in Open-Ended Real Estate Funds, 90 bn Euro in "Publikumsfonds" and 29 bn Euro in "Spezialfonds". You can find our latest statistics here.
