AI Product for Fund Compliance
We have formed a partnership with the RegTech provider Kreios to enable asset management companies to use the REGMATIX platform to automatically review the BVI’s standard PRIIPs KID modules against their own documents and to implement the growing regulatory requirements efficiently. The platform is designed as an open system and can be used independently of existing IT infrastructures, production models or third party service providers.

Kreios translates the BVI content into digital validation rules and integrates them into the AI driven compliance and oversight platform REGMATIX. Asset management companies benefit from the following advantages:
- automated, rule based document reviews based on BVI content
- consistency and transparency across different documents, versions and service providers
- reduced manual review effort while strengthening compliance assurance
- seamless integration into existing operational processes and control routines

The AI solution is designed not to replace the responsibility of asset management companies, but to support it systematically. It also allows, for example, the inclusion of company specific requirements.
