BVI collects quarterly averages of the structure of open-ended property funds. These are broken down according to types of use, lease terms, age structure and geographical distribution.
Quarterly evaluation of open-ended property funds as of 31 December 2024
We are making the SRRI table available for the last time as at 31 March 2025, as there is no longer any need for the SRRI as a voluntarily calculated indicator. In accordance with the PRIIPS Regulation, the key indicator for all open-ended property funds is the SRI (‘summary risk indicator’), which can be found in the mandatory publications such as the key information document or the key investor information document.
