BVI collects quarterly averages of the structure of open-ended property funds. These are broken down according to types of use, lease terms, age structure and geographical distribution.
Quarterly evaluation of open-ended property funds as of 31 December 2024
BVI provides the synthetic risk/return indicator (SRRI) for open-ended mutual property funds, on which the providers have agreed as a voluntary industry standard. The SRRI is a Europe-wide binding key figure for the risk of a fund investment.
